Supercharge Trust: Three Secrets to Building a Stronger Brand, Better Communication, and a Future-Ready Practice.
Course Description:
Building trust with patients has become one of the most difficult—and most important—challenges in a digital-first world. Patients often form opinions about a dental practice before they ever schedule an appointment, based on social media, online messaging, reviews, branding, and the overall digital experience. Once they enter the practice, every facial expression, nonverbal cue, and team interaction either strengthens that trust or weakens it.
This course explores three essential trust-building strategies that drive brand authority, patient communication, and future practice growth. Attendees will learn how to create a consistent and credible digital presence, recognize the subtle emotions behind patient and team behaviors, and communicate in ways that build confidence, loyalty, and stronger relationships.
Designed for dentists and the entire dental team, this program provides practical strategies for creating a practice patients believe in before, during, and after every interaction.
Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the three core elements of trust that influence a dental practice’s brand, communication, and long-term growth.
- Apply social media best practices to create consistent messaging, attract new patients, support recruitment, and strengthen the practice’s reputation.
- Recognize microexpressions and nonverbal cues that may reveal patient or team member stress, frustration, confusion, fear, or disengagement.
- Use verbal and nonverbal communication strategies to reduce misunderstandings, improve collaboration, and strengthen the patient experience.
- Integrate digital branding, emotional awareness, and trust-based communication into a practical growth strategy for the entire dental team.
The gist: It’s harder than ever for patients to trust us. One of the ways to combat that is for practices to improve their in-person and virtual communication skills when it comes to patient loyalty/growth/trust. That said, I’m currently being certified in reading/teaching microexpressions, so this course combines how clinicians use microexpressions to build trust with patients during the appointment plus tips on how practices can use organic social media methods to become leaders in their community.
