Built to Stay: The ROSE™ Framework for Creating Teams That Last

Description:

Hiring great people is difficult. Keeping them shouldn’t be left to chance.

In today’s dental workforce, practices can no longer rely on competitive pay, good intentions, or a positive culture alone to keep their best people. Sustainable retention requires an intentional organizational infrastructure… one that creates engagement, develops ownership, establishes effective systems, and gives employees compelling reasons to stay.

Drawing from her doctoral research on employee engagement and retention in a multi-location dental organization, combined with more than 18 years of real-world dental leadership experience, Brandy Trout, DSL, introduces the proprietary ROSE™ Framework, a practical model designed to help dental practices strengthen the organizational conditions that influence employee engagement, performance, and retention.

In this fast-paced, practical session, attendees will explore what actually influences employees to engage, perform, and remain with an organization… and where dental practices may unintentionally be creating conditions that drive good people away.

Attendees will leave with a practical framework for evaluating their own organizations and strengthening the workplace conditions that help great teams take root, grow, and stay.

Objectives:

By the end of this 45-minute session, attendees will be able to:

  1. Identify leadership and organizational factors that influence employee engagement and long-term retention in dental practices.
  2. Recognize workplace conditions that contribute to disengagement and turnover, including gaps in role clarity, development, accountability, communication, and organizational support.
  3. Apply the ROSE™ Framework to evaluate strengths and vulnerabilities within their own practice.
  4. Develop practical strategies for creating an organizational environment where employees can perform well, grow professionally, take greater ownership, and choose to stay.
