The Missing Layer: The Last Unmeasured Input in Practice Performance
Description:
Your practice measures anything that moves. Margins. Retention. Turnover. Recall. Reappointments. It doesn’t track, train, or measure the person responsible for all of those numbers.
That is the missing layer. It runs on whatever each person brought to work with them, which is why two practices can install the same system and get two different outcomes. This session makes the case for an internal operating system: a shared, teachable structure for human performance that sits underneath the systems a practice has already paid for. Nothing gets replaced. A layer gets added.
Objectives:
At the conclusion, participants will be able to:
- Score their own practice on the gap between what the owner believes the team can handle and what the team believes it can handle.
- Run one recurring practice problem through a five step structure their whole team can use without the owner in the room.
- Choose three measures of team capability to track alongside production for the next ninety days.
